Freeing Anthony Porter

In 1982 two young people died in Chicago. Shot at night in a southside park. It was rumored to be a drug deal gone bad. But Chicago cops don't always go after the person or persons that the neighborhood, and especially the dead kids' family, knows did the deed. That's where Anthony Porter came into this picture. It was, in cop vernacular, "his turn."
