Anthony Porter
In 1982 two young people died in Chicago. Shot at
night in a southside park. It was rumored to be a drug deal gone bad. But
Chicago cops don't always go after the person or persons that the neighborhood,
and especially the dead kids' family, knows did the deed. That's where
